he client wanted a pool and poolhouse designed with the approach and surrounding
area landscaped. It had to be sited so that it was within easy reach of
the house yet not visible from it. |

......The
advantages of this particular island property were that there was no shortage
of local materials, an excellent plant nursery and deep wells for irragation.
The single disadvantage was that the pool engineers had to come from a
neighbouring island. Well considered planning was therefore an obvious
priority. The whole garden is now settling down and maturing well. |
