would then write to you quoting my fee for an initial site visit. This
would normally take a half or a full day unless it is out of England. |

the first visit my aim is to capture the feel of the place as well as
listening to your ideas, likes and dislikes. I shall want to hear what
you really want from your garden, what your own participation in the work
will be and whether you have any fixed ideas on budgets. Then if we both
feel we have a good rapport, I will write a proposal for the next steps. |

the above is included in the initial fee. Not included are design proposals
or their execution which are quoted and charged separately. Once basic
designs and planting plans are agreed, they will be costed and implemented.
The whole project will be managed and supervised by myself until it is
completed to our joint satisfaction. |
